FCO Services diversity vision is to create a culture that values and actively promotes diversity. This will enable us to deliver our unique combination of secure services, enabling customers to build a safer future.
We need to attract and retain the best talent from the widest possible pool and to think and work in different and creative ways, particularly in the current economic climate. The starting point for achieving both is an inclusive working culture where talent can flourish.
What do we mean by diversity?
We mean difference in its widest sense. For example different ways of thinking and working as well as other perspectives such as gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religious belief or non belief, ethnicity, disability or social or economic background.
By inclusion we mean creating a working environment that addresses and deals with discrimination, has a zero tolerance towards bullying and harassment, promotes equality of opportunity and allows difference to flourish, so that all staff feel valued and able to realise their full potential.
